He tells us the story of Maese Pérez, a very old man who played the organ in the church of Santa Inés. He played the organ, as no one had done before; art inherited it from his father, for when he died he left his organ, and Maese Pérez decided to follow his steps. Everyone knew him for playing the organ, for how good he was. I used to play it on Christmas Eve, because it meant a lot to him that night. Besides, he was blind, but he knew that one day he would get to see God.
Alonso tells his cousin Beatriz of the terrible legend that weighs on the mountain of Anamas. However, Beatriz insists that his cousin return to the evil place to recover the blue band he lost in a hunt that morning. Will Alonso overcome for love the fear of the ghosts who walk the mountain?
