Central Boston, December 24, a man walks naked with a young woman's beheaded head. Dr. Jenkins, director of the city's psychiatric center, and Stella Hyden, an FBI profile agent, will go into an investigation that will put their life and their conception of sanity at stake.
At 12: 00 in the morning on December 14, a young woman full of bruises presents herself naked at the FBI facility in New York with several yellowish notes in her hand. Inspector Bowring, head of the Criminology Unit, will try to find out what the young woman is hiding and her connection to another case, that of a woman who appears beheaded hours later and whose name matches the one written in one of the notes.
