The inspector Elena Blanco runs through the warehouse of the Mediodía II Municipal Crane in Madrid until she reaches an old van that spills a putrefacto smell. Inside is the body of a man tied to a chair, with a gross couture that ascends from the pubis to the abdomen. The first results of the autopsy make it clear that this reincident drug absolved some organs and placed a fetus of almost seven months in the belly.
